    Christmas is a very special time. For some it brings great joy, for others, great sadness, or stress. No matter what your experience of Christmas, as one year closes and another begins it is a fabulous time to stop and reflect. Take this time to pause and to care for yourself, before you return to caring for others, and perhaps take a moment to celebrate the successes and all you have learned this year. In short, take a breath. This very special workshop will be immensely nurturing and devoted to practical self-care. Take two hours away from the shops, and join us for some candle gazing, some meditation, and some wonderful gentle yoga. Suitable for all bodies, wonderful to share with a partner or close friend.
