For many Mams, it can challenging to find time to connect with your unborn baby. Pregnancy yoga offers you an opportunity to step out of the busy world, and spend some time with yourself and your baby.

Now beating with two hearts, this is the best time to grow and develop in wonderful ways with your baby, through breath and meditation.
R E L I E V E
DISCOMFORT
Sometimes pregnancy brings new physical strains and challenges. During the class, learn techniques and tools to bring relief for possible aches, and enhance mobility.

Release tensions and strengthen areas such as the upper or lower back, hips, shoulders, and neck. 
P R E P A R E
FOR LABOUR & CHILDBIRTH
Develop breathwork and stamina that you can bring with you into labour. Practising yoga allows you to become more "comfortable with the uncomfortable" through the effort you give for each breath and each pose.

As you inhale, you acknowledge the different changes that you are experiencing as your body takes on the responsibility of carrying new life. And as you exhale, you let go of your fears and struggles to embrace the beauty of this opportunity.
