Yoga Therapy Session
10 min Initial phone consultation
90 min Yoga session which includes assessment, planning an appropriate programme, practicing the poses and techniques prescribed so you can successfully use them at home.
20 min Recording of Personal Yoga Practice for home use
30 min Follow up session approximately two weeks later to assess your progress and make any adjustments to the programme as required.

Therapy classes for small groups
There are also options for private classes for groups who may have specific needs, ether here at the studio or on site. If you like to practice yoga, but feel you are unable to due to mobility restrictions read on. Our Chair Yoga Classes are specially designed for those who find it difficult to get on the floor, or have special needs for movement. Get all the benefits of a regular class while remaining seated.
