Join Sarah for an energising Embodied Yoga Flow.
This dynamic practice is designed to deepen your connection to your body, build lasting strength, and ignite your inner vibrant energy. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and grounding poses, you'll build resilience and feel more rooted in your daily life. Each class ends with a relaxing Shavasana.

You can book a check in with your teacher if you have any concerns, want any specific adjustments or are just a bit confused about something. This is something unique to Aruna Yoga and we pride ourselves on supporting our students every step of the way. Our studio classes are kept to a size which allows the teacher to give everyone attention when they need or want.

The studio
Our studio is located in the tranquillity of the countryside while being only minutes from Clane, Maynooth, Prosperous and Kilcock.
The studio is surrounded by greenery and birds allowing you to fully disconnect and enjoy the full relaxation benefits.
Our studio is purpose built for yoga with a natural wooden floor and all of the props you could need.

Meet the teacher
Sarah
Sarah is a qualified yoga and meditation teacher who takes an embodied approach to her teaching. Sarah’s gentle presence allows for even deeper relaxation. Sarah reaps the rewards of her own yoga practise in her daily life as a primary school teacher where she often finds herself pulled in ten directions.
