Each class focuses on a different aspect of our body, so over the year we develop an integrated, holistic way to move, breathe and think. The movements and tools can be taken off the mat, increasing the impact of the class on our lives.

Perfect for those who want stronger movement as an aid to inner stillness.
Each class begins with pranayama (breathwork) and centring, before guiding you through a sequence of whole-body functional movements (asanas). While everyone will move at their own pace and level, in this class, we increase the intensity before coming to a well-earned restorative stillness at the end of a class. This is the class for those who want to ‘earn’ their rest. The class ends with Savasina, which leaves you ready for a great night’s sleep (probably the best in your week ::)

Don't worry, you can still get your yoga fix!
You can attend any other class during the month
.
To do this:
Log in to momo 24 hrs in advance of the class you can't make
Cancel the class you cannot make (this will add the class credit back to your account)
Book your new class within the month using class credits

Yes absolutely! All of our classes are beginner (and all levels) friendly , except the Tuesday Night Flow, so pick a time that suits you

Yourself! We have mats, props and everything you need.
Wear clothes you are comfortable in and can move in (leggings and a t-shirt are common but whatever you are comfortable in)

Just a note, we have a no phones policy in the studio so we ask that you leave it in the lobby with your shoes or even in your car

Yes there is free parking on site.
We ask that you park on both sides of the driveway.
We have two gates (an entry & exit) so there is no need to turn around when you arrive. Think of it like a ferry :)

We are located at the end of a mile long country lane giving you the perfect opportunity to start unwinding on the drive down

Yes absolutely, we all have one of “those days” sometimes. Don’t worry if you are running a few minutes late, you are more than welcome to join us in class.
We do ask however that you come in quietly and find a mat so as not to disrupt the flow of the class. Feel free to take a minute to settle yourself before following the teacher.

Yes. Let your teacher know at the beginning of class so that they are aware and can offer adjustments where relevant.
Aruna’s teachers are highly skilled and will be able to support you gain the benefits of yoga safely.
If you have recently had surgery or a more serious condition it is important that a doctor has cleared you to attend yoga.
