iRest is a simple and accessible form of meditation designed for modern day living. It offers a unique blend of profound relaxation with natural wisdom. You develop the skill during a wonderful restorative practice, that you then carry with you during every moment of your waken life.

Backed by extensive research, iRest can help you navigate all of life's challenges and opportunities.

Classes generally involve you lying or sitting in a comfortable position, (with lots of blankets, bolsters and eye-masks), while being led through the deeply relaxing practice. There is typically no movement in the class (although it can be practiced in any position, including as a walking meditation.)

“iRest is a meditation practice based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra and adapted to suit the conditions of modern life. When practiced regularly - little and often - iRest enables you to meet each moment of your life with unshakable peace and wellbeing, no matter how challenging or difficult your situation.

It is simple to learn and easy to practice. It can be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical ability or experience with meditation. Once learned, iRest becomes a set of tools for life.”

iRest is really helping me. I am on the ‘Thoughts as Messengers’ part. I’m plagued with my strong self doubt again the last fey days ... its so incredibly helpful just to be with it. The protocol works! You gotta share this.
