Meet Laura Wynne from Aruna Yoga at this year’s Yoga Picnic, where the Aruna team will be based in the Talmh Tent from 10am–2pm. This is a unique opportunity for yoga teachers, aspiring teachers, yoga enthusiasts and everyone in between to experience the original Aruna Embodied Soma Method first-hand and learn more about Aruna’s practical, embodied, somatic approach to teaching and practice.

Throughout the day, you can also visit our Aruna stall to meet the team, step into our immersive interactive space, and explore the many pathways to work and train with Laura in the future.

This gathering is especially meaningful as we celebrate a beautiful milestone, the graduation of the 100th student from our 200hr Embodied Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training; a testament to a growing community rooted in authenticity, connection and embodied wisdom.

Come Say Hello throughout the day

You will be able to come and meet Laura and the team all day at our tent in the Activation Area. We will be around to have the chats and answer any of your questions about the training, yoga or whatever takes your fancy!

We’ll have some pretty deadly games and spot prizes throughout the day so don’t miss out on a visit! You might just leave with some free swag.

You will also have the opportunity to meet some of our grads, see what they are up to now and ask any questions about the training or their time with Aruna.

Basically, we are up for the craic and the chats at the picnic and we would love to see you there
